the fight over lanier water[ga water but it starts at lanier] continues. was thinking about it and just wondering who has the final say. ga, fla, ala can raise all the cain they want but is it not up to the corps to decide when and how much they are going to release and when. I guess what I'm asking is who has the corps in their hip pocket moore?
