In the past when someone wanted to get a dialogue going in flash chat they just made a post, usually in the main forum. Then just go there and wait, someone will show up and chat with you. I have been there before where there were only 2 or 3 of us chatting and at other times there were a good number of people chatting. People will come and go. I think weekend nights are your best bet for holding a chat session.
