It definently seems like are justice system is to worried about figuring out why these sicko's perform these acts rather than deterring it! i have a daughter and i dont believe they would have had to worry about releasing him from the hospital. Its sad are kids a targeted by these predators. If these guys were tortured like these kids are maybe they would not be so quick to prey! Its SAD!
