The other sad thing about this is this: it had been going on for some time, but nobody ever mentions that it was the girls fault as much as his...And she gets away with it hardly without a mention!!

Maybe the man's little darling daughter should be prosecuted also? She, apparently, was a willing participant in this little charade.
According to what is posted here, the boy didnt break down the doors to get in there with her and she was loving every minute of it.
The double standard of justice concerning "my darling little daughter" needs to be done away with..once and for all. These daddys need to face it..their daughter is going to do exactly what nature compels her to do. Just like her own mother did when she hooked up with her father.
This father needs to do about 5 years of hard time..that will get his mind straightened out in a hurry.
I did the same thing as a teenager, but I wasn't dumb enough to go into the girls' own home..no matter how much she said "my parents will be away for hours". A '40 Ford had to do or there would be no "doing".
And thats the reality of the world...it has never changed and never will

I know Jim, just talking junk,I probably shouldn't have said anything after thinking back to 1979.lol However the poor guy was apparrently doing what he thought best to protect his daughter inside his own home and is now facing a felony charge which will tarnish his record forever,not mention a financial situation with lawyers and such. If on the other hand, he chased him out of the home and then hit the young man ,then so be it. I do think some domestic vilolence laws have meant well, but have been misconstrued by some. Not a debate, just what I think. Didn't mean to offend anyone.
