When you register a boat, the county (BALDWIN?LAKE SINCLAIR) is going to tax you. GO FIGURE, my boat gets older every year and they charge me more in taxes every year. I have two boats that I have let the registration run out on because they no longer run, and they still tax me. Crooked B-stards.

Had friend in Crawford County where the tax man put a $10,000 value on a 70's model boat. He tried to sell it to him right then. In Bibb County I was told the cut off is $1000. Can you guess what mine are worth?

Gwinnett does this too. My triton was nearly 300 a year. My CPA "suggested" I just lose the bill.
To heck with work, lets go fishing.

I am telling you this is good advice! Or register it at an address in another county!
