Update On Mega-Ramps at Lake Blackshear

Probably won't Ragfly. Lanier,Westpoint and Clark Hill got the Mega Ramps, 6 lane ramps, huge paved parking, top shelf restrooms, top shelf docks, bla bla, Blackshear got the short end of the money stick cause it is such a small lake really not capable of large tourneys,(medium at best), what we got was 2 very long shallow ramps (you fellas with the small boats wil have to back half you're truck in the water to launch), a swamp hole parking area that won't be paved, no docks that I've heard of and on open water where the wind will blow you away. What should have been done was they should have added the 2 ramps to the existing 2 ramps, paved more of that parking lot, and revamped the restroom area and possibly adding a stage area for weigh ins. This would have created a nice 4 ramp / mini mega ramp, but as I hear it the resort yanked a few strings and had it put closer to the Marina in a bad location,wink wink, enough said and it's just my opinion.
