i too work at a ford dealership. we have very little trouble with this sparkplug problem we spray aero kroil on it and let it set for a while. never thought i'd see anything better than pb blaster but this stuff is. its hard to find we order it staight from the factory in tenn. every once in a while we run into stubborn one . but not very often.
