Hello, and thanks for letting me join the conversation here!

A little background:
I got back into fishing this past summer after a 30 year absence. Growing up in northern IN, I have happy memories fishing the post-glacial lakes up there as a kid. Flashf orward 30 years, and now I'm kayak and bank fishing man-made lakes and reservoirs (and creeks) in the south-central part of the state. More crappie down here than I caught up north, and also species I hadn't encountered back in the day like yellow bass and wipers.

I came across this forum via the searches on ultralight fishing, which is my newfound passion. Been lurking for a bit, and I can't wait to learn from all you experienced folks!
