Wow, what a warm welcome. Thanks to all of you! I'm glad to have found this site and look forward to learning from all of you that have been here for a while. I have been a fairly avid bass fisherman most of my life but have recently rediscovered how much I loved crappie fishing as a child with my grandparents. I am a proud Army vet located in Temple, Texas, and am currently trying to learn to pattern crappie on a couple of lakes that are 9+ feet below normal level, so it has been slow going to say the least.
