I am learning to fish all over again after 40 years. Fished with my father almost every weekend till my mid twenties, I'm in my mid sixties now. He passed suddenly and then life got in the way. We were hook and worm guys on the Chesapeake Bay and did pretty good. He had a small boat that worked well and we had a lot of fun.
I'm looking forward to mostly lake and river fishing from the shore and bought a couple of rods and reels, Pflueger P30 and P40 on Abu Garcia rods both 7' feet.
I'm fortunate to have the upper Potomac River close to me. I'm sure this forum will give the help I need it.
