Hi all! Awesome site. I'm learning a ton already!

I've been fishing pretty hardcore for about 35 years. The last 25 years have been fly fishing for trout about 100 days a year. I got a 12 foot jon boat a little while ago and started focusing more on the lakes in my area. It's basically all electric only around here except for a big lake about 45 min north of me. So I wanted a little boat to be able to get in/out of some of these smaller launches.

Never really targeted crappie before, and lately here I've become a bit obsessed with figuring them out. I love the challenge of targeting them. Not exactly blessed with the best crappie water in the country, but there are some big ones around.

So I'm here to soak up as much info as I can and hopefully get into em! Really glad I found this site. Thanks for the warm welcome! Tight lines all
