    Default My introduction, from Canada!


    Hey everyone! Excited to use this site as another great tool for me.
    My names Troy, im 27, work full time and fish almost every day.
    Im from a small town, near Windsor Ontario, and mostly fish the small hidden canals around lake St Clair.
    You can also follow some of my adventures on Facebook. Just search Laporte Outdoors.

    Here are a few recent pics.

    I fish all species, but Crappie are my favourite.

    Heard nothing but good things about the Lake St. Clair area. I've got a couple of buddies who go up & fish for smallmouth. I'm supposed to make the trip with them sometime. Welcome to a great website...

    Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Ya, St.Clair is great for all sport fish. Its loaded with smallies, and any brownish colour tube jig should treat you well near the mouth of the Detroit river.

    I've fished St. Clair out of Mitchell's Bay for years and always have a GREAT time .... Love Canada! I've also been to the ballet in Windsor! Welcome from Northern Kentucky!
