Thread: Greetings from Kansas

Hi everybody,

I stumbled across Crappie.com the other day looking for reviews on a new crappie rod. What a find!

I fished a lot when I was a kid, but work and family got in the way and I barely touched a rod and reel for several years. Over the last couple years, things have slowed down some and I'm able to get back to the water. I purchased a 14-foot Starcraft with a 10-hp Evinrude motor a couple weeks ago and it's driving me crazy seeing it sit in the garage because it's been too dang cold her to get out on the water.

Looking forward making some new friends picking up a few tips on catching more fish.
