VALADYFINS, you sound a lot like me! I'm a lady from Chesapeake and I'm also new to freshwater fishing. Like you, I do not have a boat, I'm dying to catch some Crappie, and I just picked up my fishing pass for JEB last week so I may see you around Lake Bradford, too. I fished at Bob's once - only baby Bluegills would bite, but will be going back there, Oak Grove Lake Park, Greenbrier ponds by the townhouses, and Lake Prince in Suffolk (again)! I also watch a LOT of Youtube fishing videos. This year, I've started to learn to fly fish - so watch out for my flies - should I be bold enough to try in actual water.
