I love saltwater fishing but a friend of mine has opened my eyes as to how much fun crappie can be.

I got some new gear for the job. A lightning rod combo with an Abu Cardinal 502 (not the newer alb models) for 54 bucks.

I plan on stringing it up with 6lb test but Academy was completely out of all 6lb.... WTH?
