Had a helper throw an extension ladder on the rack of the truck and didn't tie it down. It didn't come off until we were on the interstate doing 70. I heard it start to slide. It layed down on the road and slid until and 18 wheeler ran up the middle of it. Wasn't a whole lot left besides the aluminum rungs and some chunks of fiberglass
