Bream have small mouths.
If Bream are the main target we tie these same things up on #8 or smaller hooks to accomodate the generally smaller "bite" on a BG.
Bream can be more finicky than trout.
A big bream is harder to entice than a big trout.
Some people enjoy BG fillets far more than trout fillets.
