I would take them directly to Tallahassee and set up shop right there on the capital steps !
I'm sure once the Gov heard about it he'd be right down to get his pic taken with you ! !

My friend SorryDog and I went fishing in the Chatahoochee last week and caught the biggest Specs I've ever caught. All of them were over 6lbs, several over 12lbs and one was 18lbs. Where or who do I take the big one to make my World Record fish official?

"Teach the world to fish = you won't have any fish left to eat "

For the record, I only caught two fish. One was a 35 pound cat. My guess is the line I was using "OR" just the thought of pulling in all those fish with pins in my shoulder I had to pace myself until I can get back to the Talquin slabs!:D
PW, work on the pics. Reduce them some. My eyes are like the move from "The Jerk", I'm crossed-eyed!:D
thanks to Picasa 3 they are viewable

I was fishing my first tourney on the Harris Chain. I was on Lake Eustis and was watching the guys hammer these monster crappie. I couldn't get a bite. An ol' timer felt sorry for me and asked me what bait I was using. I told him it must not be the right one, because I havent caught the first crappie. He laughed and and said he was catching Sunshine Bass, ( stripper) not crappie.
Am I missing something,CRAPPIE,not Hybrid bass.Nice catch though.
I lived in Tallahassee in the 80's. Love to fish for crappie on the downriver side of Talquin dam. One eveing a bunch of hybrids, strippers started on top water, and the fun was on. Lost almost every lure in the tackle box, plus all of our line on 33's, but man it was a blast while it lasted. Nice fish , thanks for the memories.![]()

Them just as bad as green carp LOL Congrats on the catch though
Its Foolish and wrong to morn the men who died, instead we should thank God that such men lived.

There is a lake in Orlando Florida that you can see and catch the Largemouth Bass (not hybrid) chasing and crashing fish on top water just like those hybrids. Its a beautiful thing when they are chasing bait fish like that. I use a Bass Pro Shop XPS 3" swim bait when they start that, guaranteed hook up.Have fun boys and be safe.
