Thread: Slabfest

N.ew to this forum. Wondering what is happening at slabfest. Can you attend and not fish? Pontoon boat is at Hontoon. Just do not fully understad. Me, my wife, brother inlaw and his wife would like to attend. Just started fishing the St Johns. Any info is appreciated.

We are going to have a gathering at the boat dock in Sanford, Fl, on Lake Monroe.
We are gathering to have fellowship, eats and a good time. We are all chipping in to bring an assortment of eats to the table. After fishing, we will (HOPEFULLY) have enough crappie to fillet and cook for all of us.
You could bring your boat down the St. John's River and join us fishing.
We will have some wives who do not fish at the picnic area and they are going to help prepare the tables and get things set up. (there may be some of the men folk there also who won't/can't fish at this time.)
