I take my blood pressure/heart rate every time before I workout and last thing, after workout.
Am around 140/85, sometimes a little higher, sometimes a little lower, etc.
So, I think I'm fairly OK at this time, etc....
Yeah, Stints don't seem like lighthearted things to deal with.
But, why/what, did your heath conditions cause the occurrence that led to having to have stints?
Is there some kind of conditioning/dieting lifestyle that led to this/or/ could increase in the prevention of this ?
Or, is it just one of them things that can/does happen when ya get to our age, etc.??
