You realize I was talking about Bream, right? And we usually catch way more than 30, it is just that 30 keepers is the 'magic number' for me. I am basically a lazy slug and don't want to clean more than 30. My fishing buddy of 35 years won't clean freshwater fish at all. If you can't get 10 pound fillets off each side of the fish like we do with dolphin, he won't bother.
