Realistically Ed, you don't go to a Chinese restaurant to eat Lasagna and Manacotti! OK, since you're decoder "challenged"...the main key to successful trips is the body of fish # 's. Unfortunately for you, many times a decoder-ring helps solve the tougher bite.
