"Fishing with Doug" really makes my morning. It is hard to beat the sweet taste of a monster gill fillet. That underspin is really working for you. Please provide some pics of the gills plated up for supper. I like to join my gill fillets with potato puffs, BBQ beans, sweet slaw and sweet ice tea. For desert a slice of key lime pie will top off this pallet pleaser. Tight Lines.
