Thread: Bird-brained fishing partners can

be a hard variable for enjoying a day on the WATER. 1st trip since Monroe's enjoyable Crappiefest and the new time-change(Fallback). Always takes me a few days to Calibrate my Ol' guy mindset, so I was later than I had wanted! Today's venue was a SALTY one to again give me that CANDY Store assortment of FUN! Same old results and one unexpected/unexplained/uninvited Bird-brained partner for at least 20 minutes! I watched in amazement as he surveyed the entire boat being particularly attracted to anything worm-like shaped. A YouTuber that I follow recently had a similar incident on a South Carolina lake and he paralleled it as possibly being a Heavenly messenger in the memory of his year-long passing of his wife Miss Debra Oh yes, back to mission at hand = FISHIN' Way more undersized trout than keepers but a nice Slot-sized Redfish and undersized SNOOK Only put out one Crab pot just "cuz" to maybe add some reinforcements(5) to my refrigerated( STEAMERS for my BALTIMORE RAVENS game last night(loss)
In relection of the day's blessings- I truly think the bird incident wasn't about trying to associate our losses from the past but rather to CHERISH Who & What we enjoy BEFORE they pass!
