Slimjim and I hit Monroe at first light. It seems many others had the same plan. True to form I spent the first 2 hours netting Jim’s fish. Glad I could make myself useful. Finally I put an average size slab in the cooler. 12:30pm we had 11 nice fish for dinner. Thanks for accompanying me on the boat shake down. 7 months is to long under the cover.
