Thread: THUMP for President!

As in Pfleuger President {micro 6720/Fenwick 6' lt-mod/2 lb nanobraid/18" flouro 4#} Mission concluded, positive results, modest amount of fish for needy neighbors/friends. My incessant obsession of ultra-light s/p casting with the high-risk break off factor, chaperoned by artificial-only jigs had a significant adversary that had to be handled with extreme caution. After about a 4-5 minute significant showing, I finally got my 1st glimpse of today's 'tug-a-ward' winner = roughly a 36"/ 10-12 lb. Gar. Actually brought it to the net 3 times(wouldn't fit!) in hopes of a "loaf of bread" pic but unfortunately the line broke! Decent amount of nice-sized crappie were added to list of accomplishments with only ten or so needed for the grocery list. Gotta luv the THUMP! Thanks for coming along...
