just a note to let all my friends know i am better But not well yet another trip to the E R. Later today a long soak in hot water with epsom salts to try to start getting the aluminum in my system out.i feel like im in a dream and not waking up! sometime tody i am getting in my boat no matter how i feel and im sure ill feel a lot better after i start it up.
