Everytime I think 2020's over, my addiction to this speck thing finds me back OTW & why not the bite seams to get better every time. Braved the cold temps Saturday morning to see if the conditions altered the bite, kinda did, in a good way. The bigger females were right @ home w/57 F degree water temp, bubblegum/pearl & blue/pearl colors worked best w/ jigs & road runners did good in the lower water column. This has been the best 2 yrs of fishing I can remember @ Jesup, couldn't come @ a better time as a trade off for lake Harney that has struggled during the same period of time. Maybe it's like a CDC legend once said, "These lakes go in cycles." Yep, the winter speck bite seams to be firing on all cylinders, go get ya some!!Name: IMG_20201226_145732972.jpg
