Talquin fish are typically 6.5" in a year and 8.5"-9" at year two. life spa of a crappie is typically 7 years. the pelicans are out and about a lot, usually in 1 or 2 big groups. i've seen them in the river below the dam even. they roam a lot. see them only occasionally. i believe there are about 25 or so, but they eat lots of fish.
