The St. Johns River Water Management District’s Northern Recreational Public Meeting is scheduled for noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019. The meeting will be held at the District’s Headquarters, Executive Building, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177.
