Im a lousy caster, especially with very light tackle, so I as a rule avoid it, even though I keep a rod at ready for it.
I noticed you used a weighted float, and im assuming a float stop on top adjusted for the depth? Or was it just attached to the line?
Again, (my mind), staying in the proper casting position for that long? Anchor? or does your motor do all that?
It's all good my friend...no offence taken & if I ever come off too sensitive, please take me out behind the wood shed....the float was weighted, but not in-line, really helped in casting further using a smaller jig weight & I anchored up
