My Dad smoked Chesterfield non filters for 35 years, got the beginnings of emphysema and the doc told him "No BS Marty, quit smoking or quit breathing". He never touched another one and was absolutely miserable to be around for a long time. He did live a long time though. I smoked 18 yrs and quit on my 30th birthday. I know about having to change habits and finding something else to do when the urge hits. I'll bet I was no peach either. I'll be thinking of you both.
