    Was able to sneak away to the south end yesterday afternoon. Went out of slims around 2:30 and a few hours later worked up a nice mess of specks! Caught them all 2 pole jigging with a Glenn's cocaine jig on each pole. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Topped it off with frying some up after I finished cleaning'em....ummmm good

    The bite is on! I'm planning on fishing the North end this weekend. Had some buddies fish the North end this past weekend and had 75 Saturday and 50 more on sunday...

    Should be a good weekend for it. I like catching them on the jig pole but if the wind is cranking I'll go minnow fish in the river
