Today was the strangest fishing day I've had. I seen most the fish I caught before I caught them. Not before the cast, but afterwards, when they struck. One, and prolly the biggest of them, came out of the water after my jig as I pulled it up. It missed it, and then I immediately dropped the jig back into the water, and SMACK, I got it. Likely was a different fish but I feel like it was the exact same one. Who knows, but it was a way weird day. Sometimes I'd see a fish flash at my bait, and the next cast I would catch it. Another time, I'd see a hit and a miss, then I'd slow the retrieve, and it would hit again. Unreal. I've never seen it like this. It felt like I was fishing in an aquarium.
