    Default Jessup 1/23

Started out late, around 8:30 in the patties up by soldiers creek, pickup 7 keepers caught 12, but they stop biting as fast as they started.
Moved up by the 417 bridge pickup another keeper. Had to go in about 12:30.
Came back out at 3:00, started trying the reed bed. Found them in the reeds. Fished until 5:30, picked up another 23 keepers. lost count of how many we caught.
They were biting one after another, mostly males, but the bigger one where female.
All nice fish, biggest one 15" none under 11"

After my bad luck day on Jessup, it gave me a great day on the water.
Sorry no Pic, got dark before we got home, I will do better next time.

Glad history didn’t repeat itself. Sounds like a good day fishin, wish I had been in the other end of the boat.

I was in the pads on Jesup, Tuesday. Pretty much had to hit them on the head with the minnow. Ended up keeping 10. Biggest was 13". The rest were typical Jesup 10-11"ers. Gonna try again tomorrow. It's supposed to be pretty breezy, so the reeds might be the way to go.
