Don't get me wrong. They're trying to do the right thing. And the employees are fantastic, and have great intentions. I'm sure they are just doing what they've been told, and are allowed to do. It's prolly the bureaucracy, the gewberment, that's at fault. The devil is in the details, and bureaucrats, just like in corporate america (which I'm very familiar with) never get down to the detail level. Too busy tooting their own horns!
Trying and doing two different,Regs,rules and permits should be in order and watched.
