Well it was definitely cold last Friday and Saturday but I braved the weather since it was my birthday. Caught four fish Friday 12-14 inches all in middle river. Had to fish at least 6 ft banks all on jigs but I think monies would have done better. Three were males one female with eggs but they were not veiny at all so looks like the next three - four weeks should get good if the weather stays warm. Water temp was 52 although I did find a canal that was 55. Gonna hit it this week sometime so I will let you all know be safe out there.
