I got to the lake a bit earlier this morning and got off to a good start. It was cooler out and a bit more breezier. I picked a course to set up my drift and put out the rods.
Then I started to change each rod to adjust to the advice I was given.
At the end of the first run I had 10 fish in the live well. Time for a second pass.
By this time I needed to cull some of the fish in the live well. ( I don't like to clean too many at one time. ) So I let a few 10 and 11 inchers go.
I set up for the third pass. The wind was picking up a little more and it had changed direction some. A few more fish came on board and I decided to call it a day.
I boated 22 fish and kept 10 for the ride home. This was my best day of the season. Thanks to ever one for the tips !
