I'm thinking about a 2 week fishing trip to Lake Talquin in March. For the last 15 years or so I have been going to Astor to fish the river and lakes. This year I'm looking for another place to fish for specks. I'm thinking of staying at one of these 2 places. I'm a rustic kind of guy so I don't need a fancy cabin, just a place to sleep, cook and a covered boat slip. What are you guys thoughts on Lake Talquin Lodge and Whippoorwill sportsman's lodge? Are there any other fish camps on the lake? Thanks JC
