Default Cooked up some of them shrimp today...

Actually, I think I cooked too many..
I put 45 in each pkg, when I cook one pkg we only got
bout six or eight left over to snack on the next day,
so decided to cook 2 pkg's = awful lot left over .....
    I'm sure they won't be wasted .....

Edit = Oh, used Shu's recipe , did alter it to 6oz milk and 6oz beer = worked out pretty good.....

Nice Danny, was hoping for the summer run of shrimp in Daytona but they never showed up. I,ll have to wait for the winter run, and hopefully get some this year.

Andy, yeah, not much happening in DB this summer for sure, heard some small ones being caught up toward Palatka way etc, etc, etc ......
This past year they started running "early" at RRB, so, am going to start looking "early" this year too ........
(Still got two anchors down there I got to go swimming for)

Well.............. Shu swore me to secrecy, but, he's an old codger so ......

    Shu's Shrimp Batter

    3 eggs
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper (or Cajun Spice)

Mix dry ingredients / mix wet ingredients
    Mix all together
dip shrimp, throw in deep frier
    Eat .........

Danny, just curious, not trying to stir. Why do you leave the tail on? I always peel them all the way. Just wondering. By the way, I love cold fried shrimp the next day. "D"
