Thread: Orange Lake vs Lochloosa

This is a slow time for Lochloosa for some reason. We caught 18 keepers on Orange a couple weeks ago. I will probably get back to Lochloosa the week of Christmas. I can't give up on it, it's been too good over the years. Swamp Fox, The next time you go to Orange, look over your left shoulder when you come out of the canal and you will see a house. Use It as a marker from across the lake, then look for the flags once you get closer.

Thanks for the info on taking a bead on the house. I looked back behind me when I came out of the run from Marjorie Rawlings and saw the flagging ribbon but it's hard to see it when you 600 yards away. I gotta try to figure something out maybe with a Garmin GPS or something. I'm a speed bump on the technology super highway but I gotta probably get my 10 year old grandson to get me up to speed on all the new fangled direction gadgets.

Got caught in a rain storm ad couldn't see past the bow. The Lowrance hds 7 bread crumbs was the only way we found our way in. Those new gadgets are useful in a lot of ways.
