Went this morning later than usual. That extra couple hours in the sheets worked wonders. Three words cover it for me-----Glassy------HOT-----SAAALOW!! Stayed til 11 and had 10 including a 4lb kitty and had 6 or more come unbuttoned. It seemed like they just wouldn't commit and were hitting short and getting lip hooked. Not sure but ya gotta think something. More slapped and bent the rod and nothing there before I could get to it. Forgot my cooler this morning and when I felt like I had sweated off enough weight I wrapped up and left with 5 in the box. Went solo and that was a good thing with things as slow as they were. Saw HS and wondered where Stu was but there were lots less boats than last weekend. Got lots going on in the next few weeks so I don't know when the next chance will be.
