The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

The nights have been way too cloudy with hurricane earl out there in the distance. Sure glad it's heading straight west.

Thanks everyone for you kind wishes. We're having a great time.

Except for for the fact that they would not accept my 40 year old PADI liscence and I'm taking the full course and not just the refresher like they said would be fine over the phone. Gewbers everywhere! I'm telling you, I'm beat tired after day one. But it's a good experience, just tiring performing some of the requirements like ten laps in the pool (with like zero practice).

Well, I've managed to so far. I even took their written review test and passed not having studied at all for it, well, not studied for 40 years.

    .
That's interesting. I was a P.A.D.I. instructor 40 years ago. Did some salvage diving for museums and the C.O.E. in Savanna, Ga. and Norfolk, Va. for civil war relics
and ship channel clearing. We won't discuss the strip searches after each dive.
