Cut the fillets off leave skin scales on. Cook on the grill baste with garlic butter. You'll never throw one back again!

Ain't no meat on green carp. My mom insisted we keep one once and I was surprized. Seems like a 2 lb crappie has more meat than a bass twice that size. Rather have crappie any day of the week.
