    On Merritts Mill Pond The snails are back by the zillions. My last trip back in the summer snail shells were all over the docks as well as eggs and on the cypress.

    Closest crappie water to Navarre is Yellow River on hwy 87 north of Navarre. You can catch a few there at times. There are several places within an hour of Navarre that hold crappie but the best are further east....Lake Seminole and Talquin. We don't have anything like central Florida for crappie

    You might check Pensacola Fishing Forum the fresh and brackish water thread. This is where you can connect with folks that fish the Navarre area...both salt and fresh water.
