Ft. Pierce area
Gonna be spending February and March with friends in Ft. Pierce. Should be able to get some time on the water. Are there any good spots to fish in the area. Used to live outside Titusville and fished Harney and Monroe occasionally, but that's a bit of a drive from where I'll be. I've got a small rig so small water won't be an issue. Appreciate any input.

Closest will probably be Okeechobee or Everglades. Shoot a pm to searay on the Georgia board if he dont chime in on the Everglades. But I bet the Everglades would be best in a small rig. Post up when ya do get down on how ya did. Gonna get down there myselr sometime. He has a ball down there every year.

The closest is Big-O should be good at that time. next would be Blue Cypress or Stick marsh. You can catch a few in the canals west of town, but it`s hit and miss. they keep`em cleaned out. The Kissimmee river from the lake to the lock is a good spot at that time also.
