Harold, I have a hard time convincing her to run 2. There was 3 more rods ready to go if she wanted them.

Good story Mr. Mike, glad to see the little woman able to get out of house and away
from stress.
Sorry to see you only let her have two rods - I had heard she is pretty good on
long ling. Poor thing, should have let her put blanket around legs & feet in early
hours
Nice story - and pictures to back it up - Nice catch...........
Thanks for sharing

I have same problem with Carole (wife) on occassions when i can convince her
to ride with me - only 1 -2 rods, bobbers and she is happy....
I just makes me feel good when i can get her out in boat to give it a try.
My mother took care of Dad till he passed (93 yrs old) would let us help.....
We took care of Mother for 2 yrs before she passed - (93) no nursing home.......
Felt pretty good about it when was over ( sometimes hope that we made her
happy)
I have no problem convincing her to go as long as the weather will be above 65 for most part. But she only gets the opportunity every other weekend if weather cooperates and it has not for a while. We sure had a pretty day saturday. She fishes any way I show her. Her favorite though is going with me to my buddies in Stuart and fishing the reefs in 30' of water when you can see the bottom and watch what is going on. And I must admit it is pretty intense to drop a livey down and watch him try and escape the hunters.
We lost her mother last February after a battle with cancer, but she was at home with hospice. We stayed with her through that and know we did all we could. Have been tending her father since she went down. It is tough and sad to watch them decline. But its life, and no way to get around it.

I know its easy to say - " I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN"
That is not true - everyones life is different - may have same issues but the
want & way of life is different...................You have been there, I have been
there -
There is no "cookie cutter" plan or paper to help work with.
Thanks Brother
