Crescent Fruit Jar November 21

Talked to Slabkeeper today and he is busy building a house and asked me to post for him. Launch from city park and fish anywhere you wish as long as reachable by water from city launch. Lake is off limits Wednesday through Friday before. Lines in at 7:00 weigh in at 3:00 pm. All livewells and coolers will be checked before leaving launch. 8 poles max in water. $50.00 entry plus $10.00 big fish pot, winner take all. Weigh in up to 7 LIVE fish. Any and all are welcome to fish it. You can state your intentions here or just show up. I am not organizing this, just the messenger. Lets go fishing yall!

Who is putting this event on ?

Why off-limits on pre-fish from Wed to Friday ? We don't do this for Classic
or Major tournaments. Puts a strain on some regarding Motel and travel time,
(bascially no pre-fish, just show on saturday and fish)(i live 175 mi from Crescent)
Whereas you have people who live on lake that might participate.

You are also stating that Dunns Creek & Haws creeks are good to go as well
St Johns river as it is accessible from Launch site.?

Only going to have 1 winner for 7 fish catch and 1 winner for big fish?

I will try and answer for Jeff best I can.
Yes lake is off limits Wednesday thru Friday so everyone fishing Saturday is fishing cold. Jeffs rule!
Any water that you want to fish reachable by boat from launch site without trailering is fishable. If your fast enough and want to fish Lake Harney, go for it. Want to lock through and fish Rodman, go for it.Want to exit the river in Jacksonville and run the ocean to Savannah River and inland from there, go for it but be in line at 3:00pm Jeffs rule!

Did not pick up on Jeff's name of "Slabkeeper" know him with another "handle"
Sounds like they may be comming almost ready to give him back his Ranger.
Not one crashed - heard they dicided to build him a new one.

He has Ranger at home now and hoping to get everything put back on this weekend. He is not sure though as he is keeping eye on home they are building on his property by Middleburg.
