Dad and I made our first trip to Harney. We arrived at 9:30(we don't move so quickly in the morning). Wind was howling, but the fish bit anyway. Dad long-lined in the back and boated 50 crappie and kept 20 nice ones. I did not boat one keeper, maybe the 14 ft rods were bouncing too much in the front. Largest keeper was a 14" biggin, caught at 1:00. All colors produced. Left the lake pretty much to a pontoon boat that was trolling using their outboard motor.
