Will have to check it out but if it's the one on their site, it's 3 feet to long and 30k over budget lol. I did look at the new mako 18 lts at nobles marine this morning.

Yeah its pretty impressive. I brought the tape measure and confirmed it'll fit in the garage...definitely giving me something to think about.

Only thing I have seen that comes close to it is the bulls bay boats.
Have ya surfed around the Dusky Boats site? If ya keep the boat builder to essentials before adding in the play toys you can really get a good idea of what a custom rigged boat would cost ya. They are builder direct sales, so no middle man, but that comes with little to no floor models to look at. But they do build an awesome no frills boat to the most extravagant layout imaginable at great prices. And pay close attention to specs and standards, like the 17RL comes with Dusky Drive and Console Livewell vs standard console on 17R. So essentially you have a 17' boat with a 20'-21' boat cockpit.
Well the decision has been made and funny how it went full circle. We decided on a new Tracker Pro Guide V 175 with the 115 4stroke. The family really liked it and it should be a versatile fishing/recreation vessel. I will definitely be upgrading the trolling motor to a Terrova and am still researching fish finders and anchors. Also this is a really good fit in the garage. When we move in a few years and I get a proper yard, I'll make the switch to a bigger boat.
Picking it up Friday!

Thats a nice ride and should suit ya well. Been looking em over myself for a bit down the road. Havent crawled around the inside much, is there ample room to add batteries for a 24V or 36V trolling motor? Did ya get the full vinyl package or carpeted?
And make sure ya post up how ya rig it and performance and such. Might help at least one other of us.
Yes I confirmed the battery compartment has ample room to go 24v. The main floor is vinyl, the decks are carpet. It was the last of a 2014 rebate, so a few grand cheaper than the 2015 and there weren't many differences. It'll have the 3 year instead of the 5 year bow to stern warranty. Plus the VIP discount card, which I had a few years ago when I got a jon boat there, is really great for 20% off BPS brand items.
Will start a new post for rigging it up and an overall review.

Them discount cards are very handy. Saved some cash using mine for sure. Will be watching for your new thread. And Congrats on the new ride.
